  • Monday: 4 mile stroll + strength
  • Tuesday: 3.5 mile run
  • Wednesday: Tumbling class
  • Thursday: 3.5 mile run + 2 mile walk
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: 40 min. elliptical + strength
  • Sunday: 5 mile run

Week of 1/30/12 – 2/5/12

  • Monday: Rest
  • Tuesday: Tumbling class + 3.5 mile run + light strength
  • Wednesday: Rest
  • Thursday: BodyCombat + 3 mile run
  • Friday: Rest
  • Saturday: 20 min. elliptical + 10 min. recumbent bike + 10 min. upright bike
  • Sunday: 5 mile run + jump rope half time show

Week of 2/6/12 – 2/12/12

  • Wednesday:  Rest (due to an awesome blister developed on the previous run. Ouch.)

  • Wednesday:  20 min. elliptical + 10 min. recumbent bike + 10 min. upright bike

  • Saturday: 30 min. elliptical
  • Sunday: Strength
